No, if you book a private transfer. Yes, if you book a shared or shuttle transfer.


Does the driver speak English?
All Vachoux Limousine service drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged to use a local taxi firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver will speak English.


How do I find my driver?
The driver will be waiting right after the customs (swiss side of the airport) with a personalized name board. He will help for the luggage.

How long does it take to receive a specific transfer quote?
On average most quotes are with you within 24 hours. However you may receive your quote within a few hours and up to 48 hours maximum.


I have lots of Luggage, will there be room?
Each passenger is allowed one Suitcase/Holdall and one Ski/Board or Golf Bag. If you have more luggage than this please inform us at the time of booking.


Is the transfer direct or do we stop enroute?
Private transfers are normally direct, door-to-door. Shared transfers may stop to either pickup or drop off other clients en route.
